Broken payment pages

Syndicate mailers

Just to let you know that on moving our software we discovered a little bug with our syndicate engine and you may have received a few emails... We are fixing the issue (which our head developer has attributed to my coding skills, the insult!).

Anyway - if you got a few mailers... sorry about that!

Server and Software move

Dear customers,

We are in the process of moving our servers and changing to our latest software.

There is never a good time for an internet business to move however our time has come and we are finally making the transition.

Please expect all sorts of issues from:

1. Strange emails (this will happen as we close down old programmes and perhaps mistakenly execute legacy code which could produce a plethora of interesting results).
2. Inaccessibility, our DNS servers will be changing and you may experience difficulties locating your website.
3. Possibly even bulk or duplicate emails... this can happen as scripts are executed for the first time.
4. You may even win multiple "prizes" from our sweepstakes game, please note these have all been closed down and any potential prizes "won" will be in error.
5. Broken code - as our sites start to re-emerge, there may very well be broken code. We are working on checking everything however it may happen that we miss something.
6. Many other potential hiccups as we make this transition...

Please bear with us and we look forward to seeing you on the other side...

Dear Lottery players,

Please be advised that we are in the process of changing our merchant provider and as such we are currently unable to accept direct Credit Card payments. While this is slightly inconvenient for all our players, we are not happy with our current provider and have thus opted to cut ties and integrate directly into the banking beast. Unfortunately this does take a little time and we where not prepared for the sudden change in our processing status. Once our new system is up and running we will have further payment options that our users can use in order to safely transact with us.

At present you can transact using:

NETeller.com or MoneyBookers.com

We do understand that it is a bit of a pain to set up these accounts however we have the assurance of the respective business managers that we can prioritise your account setup and on the condition you get in touch with us and let us know. You may discover that once your account has been set up, it proves to be a convenient way to make payments online. As a relatively large business many of our business transactions are done via MoneyBookers.com and we can vouch for their excellent fees and service (of course we have had to comply a plethora of red tape that any financial institution requires, and so will you).

We will let all our customers know as soon as our new merchant accounts are online.
